2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup cornmeal
½ tsp dried rosemary (optional)
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup oil

Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Mix the yogurt and oil together, then mix into the dry ingredients using a fork.
- Kneed 10 times.
- Let stand for a few minutes (while you prepare some toppings). If you don’t have time, you can skip this step.
- Roll out and add desired toppings.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Simple recipe tip: Use a pita or naan bread as the crust. Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes. (It won’t take as long to bake as the crust is already cooked.)
