1 package extra-firm tofu (about 14 ounce or 350 grams)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
- Open tofu, drain water and pat dry.
- Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl to create a paste.
- Crumble the tofu into small pieces and mix it with the paste until the tofu is coated.
- Bake on a greased baking pan at 400 for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
