This is an Emeril Lagasse recipe, but with less salt.
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Use as a rub on salmon, chicken, wings… or add to quesadillas, tacos, fajitas, fries, burgers and anything else you can think of. Please leave a comment on how you like to use it.
